IMG_0925Over the last 30 days my office has been turned into a tiny construction site. Itsy bitsy boards and nails everywhere. Lorali’s Daddy is building her a dollhouse. Not just any dollhouse a hand made heirloom dollhouse. Every night a few more hours are put into it. We take picture at different stages and it’s almost done. She’s excited to get to play with it and I’m excited to get my space to myself again! So to honor the HUNDREDS of hours put into this thin I figured I should document it.. This layout was made using practically every paper from October Afternoon’s Farm Fresh line. The vintage colors and patterns are beautiful.

IMG_0926 I sewed a bit on this layout which means I used the MONO Adhesive DOT runner. It doesn’t gunk up my sewing machine and it won’t move underneath as the paper goes through. I also used MONO Aqua for the perfect little matching buttons. Obviously there are no pictures…. yet.  SOMEDAY the dollhouse will be done enough to fully document with pictures and journaling, in the meantime I’ll continue to scrapbook in the corner that I have been exiled to.

Be sure to look for more ideas over at October Afternoon’s Blog!
