for the last few years she has put together a &#8220;december daily&#8221; album, pre-making pages and then journaling and adding pictures throughout the month.</p>
<p><span id="more-394"></span><br />
i had full intention of doing the same thing&#8230;and along came parent/teacher conferences, and that idea quickly stalled at about day 7.<br />
i didn&#8217;t stop taking pictures though. in fact, i was happy to discover that my pre-numbered pages would not go to waste.<br />
i printed off enough pictures to fill 24 pages with activities and memories from the christmas season.<br />
then, as a present to myself for my birthday, i sat down a few days after christmas, with some wallet sized pictures, a few 4&#215;6&#8242;s, some fresh papers from <a href="http://www.octoberafternoon.com/line_VM.php" target="_blank" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/www.octoberafternoon.com/line_VM.php?referer=');">October Afternoon&#8217;s VERY MERRY line</a>, my pre-numbered pages and a stash of leftover christmas stickers, some brads and ribbon.<br />
it was wonderful, working on something so recent! i have a few finishing touches to add, a couple more things to print out from the computer and ribbon to add to the binder rings, but already it has been looked at more than a dozen times!<br />
<a href="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9186.JPG"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-396" title="DSC_9186" src="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9186-300x200.jpg" alt="DSC_9186" width="210" height="140" /></a><img class="size-medium wp-image-397 aligncenter" title="DSC_9188" src="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9188-300x200.jpg" alt="DSC_9188" width="210" height="140" /><br />
throughout all the pictures are adhered with Tombow Mono Dots, i used Tombow Mono Dots on the flat ribbon as well, and for the ribbon tabs I used Tombow <a href="http://www.tombowusa.com/CraftDetail.aspx?sku=52190" target="_blank" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/www.tombowusa.com/CraftDetail.aspx?sku=52190&amp;referer=');">Mono Multi</a>. i put the glue pen to work on the tiny legs of the bird and a few other small embellishments, and lastly&#8230;bet you can&#8217;t tell&#8230;i used the Tombow <a href="http://www.tombowusa.com/CraftDetail.aspx?sku=62125" target="_blank" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/www.tombowusa.com/CraftDetail.aspx?sku=62125&amp;referer=');">Mono Vellum Adhesive </a>on the front acrylic cover. the picture and paper are behind the cover with the adhesive applied directly to the photo! love that!<br />
<a href="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9190.JPG"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-398" title="DSC_9190" src="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9190-300x200.jpg" alt="DSC_9190" width="210" height="140" /></a><a href="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9196.JPG"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-400" title="DSC_9196" src="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9196-300x200.jpg" alt="DSC_9196" width="210" height="140" /></a><a href="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9191.JPG"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-399" title="DSC_9191" src="http://blog.tombowusa.com/wp-content/uploads/files/DSC_9191-300x200.jpg" alt="DSC_9191" width="210" height="140" /></a></p>
<p>if you&#8217;ve put together an album like this one inspired by the &#8220;december daily&#8221; show us&#8230;we&#8217;d love to see what you&#8217;ve come up with!</p>
