Tombow’s Blog Hop this month is with Teresa Collins. I received a kit filled with “On the Edge” products. Since I have two boys, this was perfect for me.
My youngest son is leaving early Friday morning to go on a youth trip for about 10 days and I wanted to make him a journal to take with him to write in each day places they have gone and things they did. Here is what I came up with.
I used SU!’s solid gray to make the notepad cover and then covered it with Teresa Collins papers that I grunged with gray ink. I used Tombow’s Power Bond Adhesive to put the whole project together.
I used Karen Foster stamps for the word “journal” and Teresa Collins star stamp stamped off once in gray for a faded stamped image.
Here is a peek at the inside: I added the die cut pocket for him to put receipts in. You can see a sneak of the tablet side where I added the start paper to the top binding.
I can’t wait to see what he writes. He keeps us laughing, so I’m sure it will have lots of humor in it.
