Here’s a card designed especially for Dad! A rooster theme with a kraft and teal color combination accented with golden yellow and red.
I stamped the rooster on white and kraft paper using Clear Art Stamp images. I colored the rooster on the white paper using Irojiten Colored Pencils, cut it out and adhered using Foam Tabs for dimension. I also stamped a rooster with sepia ink and left it uncolored. The card was put together with paper panels from DCWV’s My Sunshine collection and Kraft-Core Shattered Collection from Core’dinations. The panels were attached using the Dots Adhesive Tape Runner and Foam Tabs. A simple card for your ‘King of the Roost’ on his special day.
Happy Father’s Day Dad!
Perfect teaming of the rooster with the sunshine. Thanks
I like how you featured one rooster on his own frame. Very nice look for the whole project.
Yes, I love this card. I love roosters pictures too.
I like the farm theme of the card. It’s very natural looking, too. The rooster is nice with the rising sun.
Love the card. So appropriate – the king of the roost. Most husband/father’s think they are – and we let them think that.
Great colors and card design.

This card would have any Dad crowing!! Nice job. I love anything with chickens.
