Hi, friends! I’m Andrea Lake, and I’m excited to share how I created a cute 12×12 scrapbook layout from our road trip to Boone, Iowa this summer. We rented a cozy cabin in the woods and had the best time relaxing and exploring the area with our lovely dogs.
Supplies:
- Tombow Xtreme Adhesive Tape Runner
- MONO Multi Liquid Glue
- MONO Drawing Pens
- Scrapbooking papers and embellishments
I love documenting memories in the 12×12 format, and I especially enjoy adding lots of layers and details to my pages. This is where having different types of Tombow adhesives becomes so important!
To build the background of my layout, I used the Tombow Xtreme Adhesive Tape Runner. It’s perfect for securing paper layers and keeping everything in place, even when the page gets busy with textures and dimension.
For more detailed work, I reached for the MONO Multi Liquid Glue. I used it to assemble pieces of a cut file and to attach a soft piece of vellum behind the cut design. It also worked beautifully for adhering some delicate embellishments to the layout.
I always like to include handwritten journaling, and for that I used my trusty MONO Drawing Pens—a favorite in my stash for their smooth ink and precision.
What about you? How do you like to document your memories, and which Tombow products do you reach for the most when crafting? I’d love to hear from you!
With love,
Andrea L.
