Happy last Friday of 2017, everyone! It’s been a fantastic year for us for so many reasons, but the one that’s the most near and dear to our hearts is our new office space. This year we expanded our US headquarters to make room for our growing staff and to add more warehouse space. We had so much fun designing the new space, and with the help of our talented Brand Ambassadors and our friends over at Mixbook, we were able to decorate it with beautiful canvas print artwork. Take a quick photo tour with us through our new office space!
When you walk into the new wing of our office space, you’ll see large canvas prints (printed courtesy of Mixbook) of advertisements from our corporate office in Japan. We wanted to tie in our Japanese roots to our new space, and we love the way it turned out!
As you continue down the hall, we have two conference rooms on the righthand side – these connect to form one large room for company meetings and events, but can also be sectioned off to create two separate rooms. The artwork in the bigger of our two conference rooms was created by our Feature Artist Tim Jeffs using our colored pencils.
In the smaller of our two new conference rooms, we have featured artwork from our Brand Ambassador Brett Blumenthal, who created this adorable turtle using our Dual Brush Pens.
Next is our collaboration space – this is where our marketing team has weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Here’s another look at our collaboration space.
Over the couches in our collaboration space, we have displayed our Brand Ambassador Megan Wells‘ artwork. (Anyone notice that it perfectly matches the couches, despite what the artwork says?)
In another corner of our collaboration space we have an additional piece of art by Megan Wells.
Here’s a glimpse at our in-office studio for filming videos and taking photos. It also doubles as a craft room for our marketing team members.
Another look at the studio!
Our kitchen/breakroom wasn’t complete until we were able to hang these pieces from our Brand Ambassadors Erin McManness (right) and Kiley Bennett (left)!
Here’s a closer look at Kiley‘s lettering (left) in our kitchen.
On the opposite wall, you’ll fine the American Tombow Inc. crest, illustrated by Erin McManness.
And here you can see where we display other artwork from our crafty friends!
Who says bathrooms should be boring? We’ve spruced ours up with these pieces of art from our Brand Ambassador Gabriella Giliberto (left) and our Media & Public Relations Manager Brittany Luiz (right).
And because there are two bathrooms in our new office space, we had to spruce up the second with these fun pieces by our Brand Ambassador Alana Yarbrough!
Our workspaces are open concept, as you’ll see in the next photo, so it was necessary to add in a small phone room for private calls and to record audio for our videos. The artwork in here from Gabriella Giliberto (left), Elly Azizian (top right), and Lauren Fitzmaurice (bottom right) makes it bright and happy.
These are our open workspaces where our Marketing Team works.
And last but not least, our summer intern Connor Pittman created these custom pieces of art for our space using the different Dual Brush Pen 10-packs that we offer. Can you guess which piece was created with which 10-pack?
Thanks again to our friends over at Mixbook for providing these beautiful canvas prints for our office!

Tombow Irojiten pencils were the first full set I bought myself back in the beginning of 2016 – I heartily enjoy using them. I also love Tim Jeff’s – his main colorist – jo Warraen makes irojitens work like MAGIC. I think they are wonderful brand ambassadors! I used these pencils before they became popular and I also really enjoy the Tombow brand ♡
