Hi friends! Dani from @popfizzpaper here today sharing 3 quick and easy task journal spreads for your busiest of weeks. Planning definitely helps you keep track of your life, but it doesn’t have to take a long time to set up beautiful pages, especially when you’re using a gorgeous Archer and Olive notebook and sticker set. Let me share how easy it is to create 3 journal spreads that come together super fast! I’m also sharing box sizes, color choices, and sticker placement to help you plan even quicker. Let’s get started!
SUPPLIES:
- Archer and Olive journal
- Archer and Olive stickers
- Tombow Dual Brush Pens (850, 757, 126)
- Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen
- Ruler
QUICK AND DECORATIVE
This spread is the most decorative of the three and highlights the beautiful Archer and Olive stickers. To create it yourself, write the days of the week on the left page with the brush tip of Tombow Dual Brush Pen in 850. Layer the dates on top with the fine point of Dual Brush Pen 757. Next, letter the month at the top of the right page, using whatever lettering technique you like best. For mine, I paired a block-style lettering with a skinny script over top to tie in the left page’s writing. Finally, add a tracker and a box for notes with the fine tip of the 757 marker, then finish off with a whole bunch of stickers! I made mine look like they were spilling down the right page and onto the left.
TIP: The notes box is 15 squares down and 23 squares across. The tracker box is 6 squares down and 23 squares across. There are 3 rows of squares between the notes and tracker boxes.
QUICK AND SIMPLE
This spread is the quickest to prepare of the three and perfect for you minimalists! To create it yourself, draw 7 boxes with the fine tip of Tombow Dual Brush Pen in 126. Add a sticker to the side of each box, then write in the day with the Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen. With the fine tip of the 126 marker, add in the date, too. Finally, use the 126 Brush Pen to letter on the month and the Fudenosuke to add the year (or a short quote would be fun, too!).
TIP: Each box is 8 squares down and 23 squares across, with 2 rows of squares between.
QUICK AND FUNCTIONAL
This spread is a combination of both decorative and functional, with lots of room for writing! To create it yourself, use Tombow Dual Brush Pen 757 to write the month across the top of your pages, then trace around your lettering with the Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen. Add an Archer and Olive sticker to each side. Next, draw 6 vertical boxes across your pages with the fine tip of the 757 marker. Add a sticker to the top of each box, then write in the days and dates with the Fudenosuke. With the fine tip of the 757 marker, create boxes at the bottom of your pages for notes and tracking. Finally, letter “notes” and “tracker” with the Fudenosuke.
TIP: Each date box is 18 squares down and 7 squares across, with 1 column of squares between. The notes and tracker boxes are 9 squares down and 23 squares across. There is 1 row of squares between the date boxes and bottom boxes.
