Hi there! It’s Bonnie from Archer and Olive. I am constantly on the look out for a good planner, and I absolutely adore the Passion Planner. It’s really great that for every planner you purchase, one is donated to someone in need. Today I’ll be showing you how to use your Passion Planner and Tombow products to color code your planner.
Supplies:
Step 1: Choose your color palette
Choose as many Dual Brush Pen colors as you have projects in your life. I am choosing four colors. One for the day job, one for the side hustle, one for family, and one for personal (things like friend time, alone time, etc.). If you’re having trouble choosing a color palette, try using the Desert Flora Palette.
Step 2: Organize your monthly overview.
With your Tombow Mono Drawing Pen, add all the important dates to your monthly overview. Then go use your Tombow Dual Brush Pens to color code each item. You can highlight the entire box, and simply draw a thin line on each important date. Color helps you quickly and easily identify which tasks need to get done on which date. I love that the Passion Planner has “to-do” boxes below the calendar, as I always have several tasks that I’m not sure on the timeline, but still need to keep them in my planner.
Step 3: Organize your day
Repeat step 2 for your daily overview! If you don’t want to highlight each item with a Tombow Dual Brush Pen, you can use the finer tip to place a colored dot next to each task.
This was really helpful!!! I am always trying to find the “right” method to enter in dates in my new planners.
