Halloween Tags by Debbie Fisher 1

Today I have some fun tags to share with you that would be darling tied to a basket filled with Halloween goodies. I learned this technique WAY back in the ’90’s, when I first learned about rubber stamping.

To create my tags, I colored on a piece of acetate with Dual Brush Markers and then spritzed with water. I “smooshed” my tag into the spritzed color and let dry and then stamped with Inky Antics rubber stamps and permanent black ink and colored with Irojiten Pencils then blended with Gamsol.

Then I just jazzed each tag up with some designer paper, ribbons, and white gel pen. I used Xtreme Adhesive for the papers and ribbon.
