Marie’s Challenge: Christmas Ornaments By Jennie Garcia 2

This month’s Tombow challenge is hosted by Marie. The theme is Shadow Boxes! For my project I made Christmas Ornaments using cookie cutters as shadow boxes frames.

First I traced the cookie cutter into the paper, cut the design out and glue the border of the cookie cutter to the paper with the Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Glue. If you have any excess you can cut it off with a craft knife after it dries. I used the Oh Deer Collection from Fancy Pants Designs.
I used the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue on the inside corners to put glitter on it. Then I used the Mono Multi Liquid Glue to glue the pompoms outside of the ornament.
To glue the “snow” I used the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue. To glue the die cuts I stacked lots of Tombow Foam Tabs and I used Mono Multi Liquid Glue in the parts where the die cuts touch the pompoms.
To glue the Fancy Pants little tree I used the Mono Multi Liquid Glue. I used the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue and I sprinkled glitter “snow” on the small trees.
This Christmas ornament is super tiny!
I hope this project gives you motivation to start your Christmas Projects! Come join our challenge! I bet you could use the extra glue for your projects!
Take Care!
