Step One:

I hoarded discovered these three glass jars from my craft stash, coated each one in Tombow MONO Multi XL Liquid Glue using the broad tip and an old paint brush then sprinkled on the glitter! Largest jar in orange, medium jar in white and smallest jar in black.  TIP:  I always glitter over a pieces of scrap paper, then roll my project in the excess before I tap off the extra glitter and funnel it back in the container. This allows a thick coat of glitter and good adhesion.

Step Two:

The largest jar is a Jack-O-Lantern.  Dress him up with button eyes and nose that have a glittered pupil made with a dot of Tombow MONO Multi XL Liquid Glue.  And a mouth cut from jumbo rick rack and embellished with glittered accents.  Finished with a variety of green ribbons and fibers.

Step Three:

The medium jar is a Ghost that has button eyes and a spooky mouth made from buttons attached with Tombow MONO Multi XL Liquid Glue.  She is embellished with a variety of purple ribbons and fibers.  TIP:  Tombow MONO Multi XL Liquid Glue is great for applying embellishments to uneven surfaces such as glitter!

Step Four:

The smallest jar is a Bat!  Cut out wings from black cardstock, draw some flourishes and scrolls with the pen tip of the Tombow MONO Multi XL Liquid Glue, let the glue set up until clear and applied Clearsnap Designer Foils.  Just press foil sheet into dry (but still sticky) glue, burnish gently with your finger, then lift – MAGIC!  Use the same technique on the button eyes to give some shimmer.  Finished with a variety of orange ribbons and fibers.
